This is unrelated to the image, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Decided to finally watch the prologue. I tear up so freaking bad! Oh, how I missed Gundam and haven't watch them since 00's first airing in the US. And the amazing score! I'm so glad I waited though. Now I have 5 more episode to watch.

Obligatory reminder to guard your heart when watching IBO... war is suffering, after all.
AGE and G-Reco both have their merits, especially the latter, it just takes some extra patience and perseverance to get there. Asemu and Zeheart's rivalry redeemed Gundam AGE for me.

I was told that AGE is pretty good if you pretend it ends with Asemu's arc, but that's just hearsay, I never saw it. IBO can feel very messy in places for me, but there's a lot about the worldbuilding I liked.

Flit's arc in AGE is pretty by-the-books stuff; he doesn't really come into his own until Asemu's arc and beyond. And Kio is probably the most blindly optimistic character in the entire show, with a personal mobile suit capable of meeting his expectations. So mileage of that varies, to say the least.
Personal recommendation for the ideal AGE watch order is the Memory of Eden OVAs- that's pretty much all you need to get the good parts of Asemu's arc.
