^If the characters have their names tagged, then I think u don't need it because you know who the characters are and their traits. For example, you wouldn't tag Dark Skin for things with Korra from Legend of Korra in it because she's an established character. That being said, I could be wrong though

i dont think that's right, the dark skin tag's got characters like Nessa from Pokemon, Symmetra from Overwatch, Marina from Splatoon, etc. All characters I'd know who fit the bill same as Korra, but they're tagged anyway.
it's actually pretty inconsistent what gets tagged and what doesn't, at least with that one.

Just to be clear, the short haired girl is Shizuku. Tokiko is the long haired one who has more images with another pairing.
