The only pair I've seen hints of for Sakurako other than Himawari is Akari: Sakurako respects her more than anyone else in Yuruyuri does, she always notices her, etc. There hasn't been much interaction between her and Chinatsu in the past.

Because Chinatsu's gayness is too strong to contain with the subtext tag, it spreads in her drawing and cooking and is probably creating self awareness inside her twintails.

Because... there is literally yuri in the title? Yuru Yuri translates to easy going yuri or something like that. Which is what it is.
