There's several ways of getting on IRC.
Option 1: Mibbit
Option 2: XChat, mIRC, your IRC client of choice
Option 3: Be a lazy bum and use Rizon's Webchat

Option 1: Mibbit
Step 1. Go to http://chat.mibbit.com
Step 2. Select 'Rizon [webirc]' from the Connect drop down
Step 3. Type in a nickname in the nickname box - be warned, someone may already be using that nickname or may have registered it, so be sure to have another nickname ready
Step 4. Type in #dynasty-scans into the channel box
Step 5. Click 'connect'

Option 2: Your IRC client of choice
Step 1. Make sure your client is installed :P
Step 2. Click [this link](irc://irc.rizon.net/dynasty-scans)

Options 3: Rizon Webchat
Step 1. Click this link (or this one for SSL)
Step 2. Choose a nickname
Step 3. Click connect
