Like another poster has said, young Seto may have gotten used to having both Nanasawas around and become attached to older Nana. If the time skipping is coming to an end, I'd like it if adult Nana would at least get the chance to say goodbye. That would actually be a brilliant plot twist. With all this "romance practice" and erotic things Nanasawa has been teaching her, she goes back and finds out Seto is an AV idol in the future. Because it seems like that's the only type of acting this is really preparing her for.
