The black clothes are making me think it might be Ataru. We already know she has a pretty big secret crush on Sakuma, stealing her umbrella might have been a weird stalkerish move that she felt bad/ashamed of later. Although now that I really think about it, she doesn't ALWAYS wear black or anything like that. Guess it's a dead end ^^
