Yeaahhh, I couldn't really get into this story because the characters were just amazingly... flat? And not even particularly in a cute way. The pretty girl wants unconditional acceptance and love more than she's willing to give it. It really does remind me more of an owner and pet relationship more than a healthy normal one :/ Even if she was comparing the shy girl to her old stuffed animal dog, the way she forces herself on the other girl just unacceptable in not even considering her feelings. At all. And that isn't any sort of loving relationship.

Although the nerdy girl is even creepier. Going out of her way to help her studies and know her schedule and past history too well. She is just asking to be stepped on :/ And that just leads to disrespect and bad news. I don't know if she would ever stand up to her crush--which can't ever end well.

But I suppose in a way they match :( overall this one left a bad taste in my mouth. (thanks for translating and posting though! It's always interesting to see a wide variety of stories and styles!)

Wow, it's really odd to see how quickly opinions change here. So far it also seemed Masaa is a good person to me, but considering this manga is all about superstitious appearance and the truth behind it I#d advise to be careful with any judgements. We see a lot of not nice behavior (cheating, gluttony & porn), but Amano uses this to then turn you around by showing you what is behind it. Which makes it a really good work imo.

Btw, calling Asuna a nymphomaniac might be a little drastic (especially if you also want to imply promiscuity, i.e. "maximizing the number of partners"). Perhaps she has a higher sex drive than some (definitely higher than Fue), but whether it's manic or not is hard to tell so far. Take a look at http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/the_feelings_we_all_must_endure_ch02#16 for example. Asuna tries, very politely, careful to instigate something and Fue immediately brushes her off. Asuna directly retreats. I think she does love Fue, but she's inexperienced with a real relationship (keep in mind all the girls more or less just entered adult life). She tries to do all for her beloved and not to bother her at all to the point of neglecting her own needs. Just like modern romance tales teach you to. Finally she kind of can't take it anymore and cheats. That doesn't make the act of cheating any better and it doesn't mean she "cheats because she loves Fue so much" (which does indeed sound like a bad porn script). No, she ultimately cheats because she strained herself too much. Stupid tactic. She was too afraid of confronting her girlfriend with her own needs. Sure, there might have been no solution at all (if Fue can't compromise, i.e. if they can't find a level of sex they are both comfortable with), but then they could have split up with a less messy cut.

I think this manga is all about that stuff. Things are not as black and white as they seem. People doing ugly things can actually be pitiful and easy to sympathize with, nobody is just an asshole out of pure spite.

Ruki is on the way of doing the same mistake as Asuna, by the way. Regardless of whether Sacchan is even able to fall in love with her or not (if she's just totally straight Ruki is out of luck I guess), in this example Ruki should perhaps have asked Sacchan to put the bigger problem first, i.e. tell her about the whole issue. But no, she didn't want to "bother Sacchan" and tried to only do what she wants (Ruki liosten to her) up until the point she literally zoned out due to the strain on her own mind.

I understand why she did it, does that make me sympathize with her at all? no because the fact is she still did it and i stated before that i hate cheaters.

I just can't condemn Asuna for cheating; for me, what is abhorrent about cheating is the idea of betraying your partner or not caring about them enough, but here that's not the case. It's obvious that Asuna cares so much for Fue but receives painfully little in return, and that she would not be cheating on her if only Fue would do it with her. It's because she's realised that Fue doesn't want to do it, but can't just suppress her own needs forever, that she goes to Meru instead. Although it's technically cheating, the intentions are completely different - in fact, it's partly because she loves Fue that she cheats on her, because otherwise she would simply continue to press her with unwanted demands. I just can't for the life of me say that's wrong, though admittedly I am very biased towards Asuna since we don't see much of how Fue thinks.

That's straight out of a crappy porno script. That's disgusting. That's no justification for sleeping around, if you're incompatible or having issues you talk them out or break up, cheating is always unforgivable.

I also got cheated heavily before but i don't think it's biased to look at it that way

yeah if you really love someone you don't cheat, if you need sex that much don't go out with someone and besides it called controlling your urges, look im going to get so much flack for this but people can control their urges as long as they put in the effort, one of my friends used to be sort of a nympho himself he couldn't go more than a couple days without sex, then he got a girlfriend and he put in a ton of effort to control himself, he has to my knowledge, never once cheated on her and is very happy from what he tells me whenever we gets drinks.

Ugh guro, also it sounds completely nonsensical if there has to be yuri i would rather there be some existing history between the two characters.
