@Veya I somewhat agree with you about your Mami/Nagisa thoughts although in the Madoka universe where young (magical) girls have to frequently fight monsters (Witches/Dopels, familiars, rumors, demons...) them forming (romantic) relationships with each other does seem helpful especially considering what can happen if too much "negative energy" builds up.

Well at least with Iroha (15) and Yachiyo (19) they are both teenagers and only a four year difference compared with Mami (15) and Nagisa (9?). Although given what magical girls do in the Madoka universe even that isn't that bad.

Wasn't it similar with with Sayaka and Kyoko in original series? I mean Sayaka's wish was based around Kyosuke yet she and Kyoko are still a popular ship. Also in Hinano's side story Emiri get's in trouble with some toxic gas and she (Hinano) rushes in to save her. All in all I'd think Hinano is more than likely bi and the only true magical girl that is heterosexual is probably Aimi Eri.

^^ Well if you're playing the game it gives one free ten-rolls for every Saturday and Sunday until the anime ends. I've been too busy playing the game (and FGO) to watch the episodes myself. Hopefully I'll find time to watch them soon.

I think with Dorothea many fan artists ship Dorothea/Petra, Dorothea/Ingrid, or Dorothea/Edelgard more than Dorothea/Byleth. That and Byleth/Edelgard is probably one of the most popular ships in Three Houses.
