Remember how LRIGs work in Lostorage? Tama just needs to be important to Ruu

Peeping Analyze is indeed great and Kiyoi can be a good MC... but I don't think the current writer is up to it (I'm assuming the OVA and series have the same staff). What happened here was kinda at odds with Peeping Analyze, and not in any kind of a good way

Hm, mid-tier Zounose, I'd say. A fairly decent concept (how human-youkai relationships have changed), but wrapped up in a lot of nonsense (food) that distracts from the main point

Stuff I watched this season:

Toji no Miko - Decent to mediocre. Tries to do too much at once, leaving the end product pretty muddled. There's some yuri subtext, but it never really gets focused on

Yorimoi: High-tier dramedy. Good characters, good animation, unique setting. Appears to have a tragic lesbian backstory

Slow Start: Fantastic yuri flirting. Which makes up like 10% of the anime, with most of the rest being pretty mediocre. You'd be better served by finding a compilation of the Enami x Tokura moments than actually watching the series

Mitsuboshi Colors - Fine? Didn't leave much of an impact on me

Maerchen Maedchen - Started promisingly, then went downhill pretty badly. Like, it's not just the production issues. It gets dumb

Last Encore - A trippy mess that has high expectations of it's viewers. It's also quite good at being that. I love this sort of thing and have it as my personal favourite (Yes, I'd have preferred the female protagonist, but it barely matters with how weak the character writing is)

B: The Beginning - Entertaining for how ludicrously chuuni it is, and has some solid fights, but not really good. Plot's a study in what not to do

Yeah, it was honestly weird in how normal it was. Even CGDCT shows usually try to do something special for the finale, but the most they did here was make sure to give everyone a moment of two of their own

Meanwhile I'm not terribly enthused by Happy Sugar Life's PV

Toji no Miko has improved a lot during these last episodes. It began as a kind of generic anime, but dang are episodes 11-12 different. Kudos, I must say.

Of course, the episodes right before this finale period were probably the worst, so it's not really a linear improvement. And they killed off the most likable character in in the cast, what the fuck

Slow start. Is this legit good show or it is good because it's yuri? Looks like boring show for me, not fans of artstyle either.

The yuri bits are legit good, at least. the quality tends to depend on who's getting focus, which, combined with the main character being rather bland, means that most of the show is somewhat sub-par, unfortunately

I was watching Maerchen Maedchen before it went on hiatus, but it's not making me want to pick it back up
