You think this is fucked up? You must not have seen some of the weird as hell shit that's out there then. I have no recommendations because I've burnt them out of my mind but I can guarantee there's far worse things out there.

If you want it to come quicker then maybe you should volunteer to do the typesetting. That's the main reason it's stalled right now. (That and the quality of my work goes to shit when my allergies act up as badly as they have this summer. I cleaned a page for someone a month or two ago only to realize after the fact that I made some really dumb and obvious mistakes I normally wouldn't have.)

I do my scanlation work as much to help out as I do because I enjoy it but typesetting is just the most tedious and unenjoyable thing I've had to do in my time doing scanlation. (Even worse than that chapter of Ayame 13 I cleaned which was an incredibly tedious cleaning job.)

You can look on Yuri Project's discussion board or their status page but after a quick look on each of the status page's tabs I don't see anything but the most recently released one. I also don't see anything on the discussion board but I only checked the first page. You might try looking a few pages back.

Since nobody else had an opinion either I think I'll just go with the option I suggested when I get back to things. (I haven't worked on it since around the time I made that post, lol. Coding when it's this hot and my allergies are acting up this badly is a terrible idea if I want to avoid tons of bugs and bad coding.)

It'll be a bit of a pain to setup but once it's setup there are fewer places issues should crop up compared to the current method. Plus this method would allow the user to easily change zoom levels according to what works best for a given page. The only issue that comes to mind that I'd need to figure out a fix for is one the current one already has where it sporadically doesn't use the image on the page despite the script's code clearly loading it into the variable the magnifier uses. (Though who knows, maybe coding that bit from scratch like I intend to do for this new version of the magnifier may end up fixing that issue too.)

15 hours of sleep is terrible. I have pretty severe sleep issues and on occasion when I'm too sleep deprived I'll end up sleeping for 13-15 hours. Neither of those are the case. I can access it just fine and I've never so much as posted on their forums. And I don't even know anything about some clicker game at all. Unless they made some change that wasn't retroactive for new accounts you should simply need to make an account on their site then use one of those addons to login to the other site or edit the cookie to point to exHentai instead.

This is definitely something to keep in mind. I'm quite scrawny despite eating plenty and getting no exercise. In fact in the six years since my life has become a lot more sedentary my weight hasn't changed at all despite my muscle mass (since at the time I was actually in quite decent shape) converting to more fat. Though my muscle mass itself hasn't even decreased a huge amount either. In that entire time I've put on a small enough amount of fat that the only person who would possibly notice it is me. And on top of all that, if you go by those stupid height based charts that a lot of places used to use I'd actually still be considered underweight for my height. (The ones that state what a person of your gender should weigh at X height which only seems to apply to average members of your gender but is far from something that should be globally true.)

If this is true it's probably more because of time restraints (and burn out) than anything else. The people that made the site did so for free in their own time. So updates would be the same. And if someone is skilled enough in programming to make a site like this then chances are they're quite busy programming as a job too and will often be burnt out on more programming in their free time.
