The other tweet is a second cover but I guess this one was already printed:

That one is the other couple that is on here. Guess it got bundled into one book. I wonder if it has extras?

What on earth is going on with this release's resolution???

Yeah, the pages seem really small.

Very cute, but NozoEri when? xD

But there's more NozoEri than any other pairing, aside from NicoMaki, there is plenty of it already. I for one like seeing the more niche ships, though I'm not sure that this qualifies for the title of 'niche'. cute non the less.

Perhaps, but it's been too long without any new NozoEri :P And I'm a stickler for established pairings, when I read too much of one and see one of them with another I can't help but feel her cheating on the other person, but that's just me.

I guess there goes the love. Not really surprised it's Maruta after all.

Continuation, not translated:

e-hentai

exhentai

Lewd oil massage.

You should give that to the Yuri-ism staff :]

Maybe my perception is different.

That's probably true. I, for one, can't remember reading a good fantasy book.

But I think yuri written by women is generally better.

A lot of the time yes, but a lot of the times no. It all depends on the writing style really.

Writing style being a matter of taste too. And even then, it's possible to find some books that are so well-crafted that it doesn't matter it's not into a style you don't usually like.

Perhaps, but then again I haven't encountered such a thing.

Oh, I don't know if fanfics can apply for here but https://www.fanfiction.net/s/3973687/1/Crazy-Little-Things

This is a godly Hermione x Luna fic. It takes place when they are in college, not an AU, after the books. Hermione is with Ron but there aren't a lot of scenes with them. It's mostly with the two and it's from Hermione's POV. It's a really tender and sweet story and it's very well written.

Red Hood and Snow so far. But I think yuri written by women is generally better.

A lot of the time yes, but a lot of the times no. It all depends on the writing style really. For instance, I like Schubach's not that drawn out scenes, where if it was a woman it probably would be 100 pages more, because of descriptions which don't really serve to add to the story.

Tell me your impressions on those two when you finish them. I'm debating whether or not to read them.

I'm not really a reader of fantasy, but I think they mean "believable" when they say "realistic". I don't think it's a matter of being exactly like reality, but of being coherent. A fantasy work can be internally coherent and consistent, that'd make it "realistic" (believable). I, for one, can't read a book if it's poorly writen or if its characters doesn't convince me.

A lot of the ones I read are unrealistic though, in the believable sense, and they praise them. Maybe my perception is different. Oh well.

The couple I have read so far are pretty good though.

Which book?

On Goodreads it lists 12 books for Music of the Soul.

[...] there are 13 books in that series [...] there will be 13 books in the London Harmony series as well

That's some really prolific writer you have there, even for romance.

Yeah, though it seems not everyone likes it because it's too cheesy and 'too good people' stuff and unrealistic. So far it's all fluff, then again I've only read 4, two of which are short. Don't know why they're going for realistic when the same people read fantasy but whatever.

And there's this: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/21464790-awakening But you probably know all of his books now haha.

Kind of, but there are 13 books in that series :] I just recieved an e-mail and there will be 13 books in the London Harmony series as well, so 10 more left :] https://www.goodreads.com/series/112356-music-of-the-soul

It was the descriptions on Amazon, but I have them now, so I'll read them.

Go for it :] He said he's gonna publish another one in the London Harmony series by the end of August about Fran (Small Fry, or Vanessa's little sister) so there's that to look forward to.

I saw those, but they didnt sound good, but if you recommend them I'll give them a shot. I'm almost out of yuri novels anyway lol.

He also did the valkyrie chronicles, which sounds like it might be interesting.

They do, but too action-y for me perhaps. Why didn't they sound good?

I think he's the one that did the Red Hood and Snow stories. Red Hood is an immortal werewolf hunter, and Snow (white) is a girl who can talk to forest animals and works as a recovery specialist. Both are in the same setting. They are pretty good for an adventure, the romance is ok.

Yeah, less than a week or so he published the Ella story as well, and supposedly there's going to be one final one after this one. (They are yuri as well, so you may want to add them as well Gengar)

I just finished Feel the Beat, and I really can't recommend this series enough along with the Music of the Soul ones. They're just so damn fluffy!

Alright, I stumbled upon an author called Erik Schubach and I highly recommend his stuff.

So far I've read two of his short stories Accidental Date (15-ish pages) and Wallflower (30-ish pages). I've read one of his longer ones Water Gypsy (first in the London Harmony Series, 300-ish pages) and am halfway through the second in the series Feel the Beat (also 300-ish pages)

I very highly recommend his shorts and the other two, in Water Gypsy there was not a shred of drama in it. The same could be said for Feel the Beat so far. He has 2 or 3 books in the Music of The Soul Series that are connected with the London Harmony one. June is about one of the women you see briefly in the London series and Music of The Soul is about her mother.

They are very sweet and cute books.

Huh, that seems like a cover for a doujin.

joined Mar 25, 2013

This was supposed to be translated almost a year ago so '70 years' isn't accurate anymore. Speaking of Abyssals there're doujins with Abyssals Akaga and it doesn't end well some artists want to torture fellow fans.

I'm not surprised that there are those kind of doujins xD I think there is one on here as well, but it's kind of unfinished.

And @obssesednuker that's what I said xD

Ah, don't remind me about the new event.. I won't be here for most of it and I'm not ready D:

Still Akaga is always welcomed. Also seems like it's accepted that sunken girls become Abyssals. I'll be interested what they'll do with that in the second season of the anime, since it was heavily implied that the Airfield Princess was the sunken Kisaragi

Here's my vote for this drama. The chemistry between MGY and MCW is utterly intense and they portray their characters beautifully.

And here I thought there weren't any 'yuri' K-Drama's. If it's so good I'll probably watch it. 20+ of it. It's been a while since I've watched one xD

And thats the kind of thing a writer would that would earn them a burning bag of crap on their doorstep or worse lol. Killing all the characters as a way to end the show would just be viewed as a hissy fit by the writers.

Downer endings are fine, people are such wimps foreal.

Networks depend on ratings. If they piss off their entire fanbase with a downer endings, they will regret it later.

And downer endings are fine as long as they make sense and dont feel like it was rushed, or the writers were being lazy. It happens in manga and anime a lot (rushed or lazy endings that is) and the creators aren't well liked for it usually.

You should watch a few of the interviews, it certainly beats the GoT mentality of killing off characters.

It was confirmed at Comic-Con that Sarah Shahi will be back for season 5. No details about how many episodes or what Shaw's storyline will be yet. S5 will probably be the last unless they can get Netflix to pick up the show, so they don't have much time to write a satisfying conclusion. I'm terrified, and the teaser they showed at Comic Con didn't help.

That's nice. I imagine though it will be a mention or like it was in the last few episode where she showed up, just one shot of her BUT if they indeed can't get the show to go on to more seasons than the 5th one, I imagine she'll be more prominent there, and as the writers like to say "Everyone is going to die in the end, that's just the kind of characters they are. They can't get a happy ending."

Woo, it's been such a long time since the last one. A little more exposition on Murakami huh? That's always welcomed. So at max 4 more chapters.

I wonder if Murakami truly likes Moritani. I should re-read earlier chapters but I don't recall Murakami shown to have feelings for her, just as Moritani thinks, she does whatever it's expected of her. It's doubtful but it could end badly.

He said it's bi-monthly now, it's switching from bi-monthly to monthly.

Oh, sorry. My brain derped xD

There is an article out there somewhere that asked the writer of life is strange if max and chloe are a thing. I cant remember what was said though.

As for POI, the flirting and tsundere-shaw in 4x11 was really cute.
I laughed at the simplified simulation, "obvious comeon", "annoyed reponse". lol Or the part where Fusco kisses Root, and is like: what, it's just a simulation. xD

I agree that its amazing and awesome how its now a love story as part of the main plot.

Glad you liked it, but it won't be a love story for a long time. Sarah Shahi (Shaw) is taking a leave of absence due to pregnancy (she's gonna have twins) and she won't be on the show for 2 years. That's why 4x11 happened, otherwise if that didn't come up, John was gonna die. This is from interview with the writers of the show.
