Well, time to comment here! I started reading Catulus Syndrome a while ago, but I just went back to read now. The update on the translations are slow because there is only one person doing it, and they aren't fluent. No problem on that, I admire their hard work! Thanks Arite!
I love cats because they are extremely cute, I have two cats. Everyday I treat them with highly affection, sleep with them, talk to them, watch them with shiny eyes~ I love cats so much!
Having a yuri-like manga with catgirls make me so happy, It's so freaking cute. It's like the combination of the most cute things on Earth for me. Thank you Neko Tarou!
People seem to be troubled over the Subtext but I'm okay with it. They blush a lot, are cute with each other, and there is many of them! I'm looking forward to more chapters!
Reading this after watching the anime... I'm surprised to see that there is only 17 comments and people aren't talking at all, now that the anime is airing. I'm a fan of Namori's art style myself, so I was really excited to see her drawings on Release the Spyce.
The spin-off show more gay scenes that didn't go on the anime, and I can't be more happy (also the Yuri tag!!!). I can't wait to see doujinshis being made about this series... There is so much potential (most due to the three pairings and different personalities of each, but mostly because Momo has a "super licking sense").
Also, I found something really interesting too: Skirts No Longer Mandatory For Girls’ Uniforms At A Japanese Middle School. Japan seems to be trying to break gender norms over the past years. "Taiyo Middle School, located in the Kanagawa Prefecture city of Hiratsuka, is notably breaking gender norms to make some progress when it comes to the official school unform. Now in its 71st year, the school will no longer require its female students to wear skirts. They will be able to choose between them or slack pants. The school also wants its female students to understand that the skirt will not be pushed on them as the main uniform–both options will be treated and weighted equally". This really makes me happy.
Then we have a few characters to be mentioned on diversity gender representation, If you do some search you will find some. My favorite one is Haruka Tennou, the Sailor Uranos from Sailor Moon series. She is a openly canonly androgynous female, as said on season 3, episode 7 of Sailor Moon Crystal:
You’re quite right about that. There’s been some discussion elsewhere about tomboys on the forum (...)
@Blastaar Can I ask you where did you saw people discussing about tomboys?
I want to join the discussion and bring some information there. I really don't know If I can talk about it here on a manga chapter discussion. But I guess It was OK because It's related to the tomboy character. I'm not going to talk anymore about it. It was only some things I had to mention. Thanks!
C'mon, what's going on here? The title should be Hopeless Lesbians.
You two were cute since from the start!
Their reactions are killing me, seriously... They should be more themselves and forget about cute exterior.
Kurokawa needs to fix her inferiority complex and Fujishiro needs to accept more herself.
FEELS SO LEWD!
I wanna punch those guys. Who else wanna punch those fuckers?
