I'm not that good at Japanese, but from what I can gather from the Twitter, it seems that the artist was trying to portray an unhealthy, codependent relationship.

Hafo, her name is Oginouchihara, without an "s". And I'm actually suspecting that it's actually "Ogiuchihara", because the kanji for her name is "荻内原", and the only reading I could find so far for the first two kanji as a surname is "Ogiuchi" without the possessive "no" in the middle.

The raws say おぎのうちはら (Oginouchihara) though

About the My Sister Found Out That I Draw Yuri Manga section - You've used the names from the wrong story. The writer girl's name is Miyu, and her sister doesn't have a name yet as far as I know.

There's a slight mistranslation here. On the first page, she wonders to herself if the girl is a great- granddaughter.

Yeah, that's one extreme age gap.

Edit: I'm also unsure about translating the author's name... "Genkaku Ramune" is fine, since it's just a name.
