So her job is to press the elevator buttons and prey on on underage girls?

I really want to like this, but the author running that extra mile to show the "curse" as negative as posible (even the last scene with them as a couple fades into darkness in the last panel) seriously annoys me. Is the rest of the antology like this, or is there a happier manga?

That moment when you reach page 32 of the manga and the main character is even more superficial than when the story started.

i was thinking the same until i realized that thats what the other girl wanted. she didnt want to look like a boy anymore, she wanted to wear "girly" things and such so hearing risa say that as well as saying "i'll love u no matter what" made her happy. sure it sounded off but the point is they love each other

Yeah, Risa is obviously not pushing her own preferences here, I meant it on the fact that she actually couldn't see her as a girl unless she looked girly.

EDIT: I feel there's a lot more thought put on this mange in the comments section than the mangaka actually had when making it.

I always find it amazing how people love Koa in spite of being a miniboss with no spoken lines, portrait or spellcard. The fandom makes such nice characterizations of her, and even Asatsuki Dow reversed his doujin ending halfway through in order to give her a happy ending.

"The sweets MIGHT not love me back"

ok...

Very interesting first chapter. It's funny how Takemiya Jin eventually became one of my favourite authors.

I agree with the credits page. The match was totally rigged,

You don't casually say "I'm single" in a conversation like that. She's totally fishing for Eve.

First I thought he was a creep. Then I remembered the kind of personalities the characters of this manga had, an thought he might perhaps be someone who doesn't feel love, but likes seeing it unfold. And I was kind of right! But still... he's a creep.

This doujin stripped Ayano of any ability to empathise with others, and even managed to depict her as more egoist than even Kyoko. I was quite amazed she was more worried of her love life than the fact that two people were missing for more than a weak.

Only 4 panels into chapter 27 and Aoba throws a lethal meta piercing question.

Kou and Rin under the same umbrella in the introductions. Well played.

could be, but my only problem with that hypothosis is the fact the picture book existed before Reia died. unless the book was foreshadowing events to come, it still doesn't explain everything. btw, thanks for reminding us all that Kureha doesn't live with her father either. i thought he was alive because of the care package Kureha gets in an earlier chapter, but it now makes me question if maybe he and Reia are both dead. i doubt it, but i'm not sure. so...

@Blopa - you brought up a really good point. i guess i'll go reread a few chapters just to be sure.

lamo. all these redacted posts are hillarious. it's like we're trying to solve a serious murder mystery.

:-)

Fuck! I forgot about the package... Well, could have as easily been Kale's. That'd make her feel even more guilty.

So Kale loved Reia intensely, but Reia only thought of her as a friend and got married to a man. It seems though that before that happened, Kale had already married and had Ginko. Gosh Kale thus far seems like a fucking hypocrite who killed Reia merely because she wouldn't be hers alone?

Well, also because she's a bear. They do stuff like that.
If she really killed (not to mention ate) her, and isn't some kind of bear queen, then given her distinct lack of stealth about the whole thing I'd really wonder why the cops didn't put her away years ago.

Kureha is not living with her father either, right? My take on this is that Ginko's mom has an affair with Reia, husband funds out, and kills Reia in a fit of rage. Kale feels responsible for Reia's death, Kureha's father goes to jail and is disowed by relatives.

Plot twist - threesome happens, Yuma is into heavy BDSM.

Why MelonBun senpai whyyyy ;_;

All I wanted was to see her inner sadist awaken ;_;

Who knows, maybe even Fujiwara will turn up to be a nice guy protecting Takeda or something

"Poor Takeda" > "I want to help him patch things" > "sleeping with his girlfriend should fix things"

Yup, sounds like perfectly sound reasoning to me. What a hero.

sorry for being snide, I couldn't help it.

Actually reminded me of Ebisu & Hotei, when Ebi's sister confessed she stole all of Ebi's boyfriends under the pretext that "any man that lets himself be seduced by me, is not good enough for my sister".

I love more adult stories. Very heartwarming, but sadly I can't help but think it is slightly unrealistic, which is why most companies do not permit romantic attachments between direct reports

Year end parties make everything possible, specially forbidden romances.

I'm going to calmly wait for the next chapter, while assuming the author would not create a character stupid enough to cheat on her boyfriend AND girlfriend in order to keep that he cheated on her boyfriend a secret. Who knows, maybe even Fujiwara will turn up to be a nice guy protecting Taked a or something, and I won't have to blacklist the author of this manga for all eternity.

Also, after the way Takeda took all the blame upon himself for the rough patch he's going through with Yuma, he's starting to look like some sort of saint by comparison with the rest of the cast.

Is it just me, or everyone and everything is far more interesting than Saki herself right now?
