I find it so weird that what is clearly supposed to be a short story about a unsympathetic cheater becomes controversial.

Based on what little we saw Mao gave the impression that they where starting a relationship. Most people would think so if they found themselves in the shoes of the protagonist. Especially as Mao told the protagonist that she loved her. She lead her on and cheated, simple as that.

That there are some people who have this deviant point of view that is not shared by most people is not particularly relevant. Most people do not share this point of view.

The last two chapters are missing. What happened. Last update was in 2021. Last chapter here is 14, but the story goes to chapter 16.

I really wanted to see how the story ended. I feel like some sort of tragedy was promised. There were some pretty strange things going on in chapter 3 when Ayane invited Micchan to join them next time, and in chapter 5 where Ayane kissed Micchan. Why was she kissing her? Moreover, Ayane is constantly trying to make Micchan realize that she likes girls, but for what purpose?

Sure she liked it. But if that was videotaped and used as evidence in court that lady would go to jail.

I'm really missing some actions from Mei that shows her love. She speaks boldly at times, but without actions to follow it up it isn't really worth anything.

She was right in saying that Yuzu should trust her, but shower her with some love. Make her feel like she is the only one who matters. I see that the birthday party was mentioned. That was one of the least romantic things I have ever seen in a manga ever.

What we need is a story arc where another girl tries to steal Yuzu from Mei. Let Mei feel some jealousy for once.

I just finished this story. What I ride. I was just going to read one chapter, but ended up binging it. Good story, but I hated it. I hated it with passion. I am fine with reading about horrible people and toxic situations. But to have an ending like this. Why must the author be so cruel?

Of all of the yuri stories I have read, with its many characters, Sacchi is probably one of the characters I hate most of all. Can we pay the author to write another story where she ends up alone and broken? Ruki should have moved on. Poor girl.

Asuna and Remi are horrible people. But still small fish compared to the vile creature that Sacchi turned out to be.

Edit: Read the discussion. Great as always! I know I'm many years late to this discussion. But the idea that Remi and Sacchi only slept together once is false. It's made explicitly clear that they have been fucking for a month. That is why Remi has the phone of Sacchi. They fucked the night before. They are both trash people. I was expecting people to defend them and was not disappointed.

I thought the love triangle bit would involve Yuria

I thought the same, and I think the story was low-key setting up such a scenario. It could be that it was the plan. I see that the story was cancelled, so maybe that plotline was dropped?

Like with luminous blue, great art but disappointing story and climax.

Yes, looks like the author wants to do the same again. I hated the character Nene, and her cruelty, in luminous blue, have some self-respect Amane. And that weird polyamory ending was out of nowhere.

Well, I guess the author will take the story in some sort of weird polyamory direction in the following chapters, based on the last chapter.

Poor Nanase, she will not even end up with Yuki. And Yuni is still in the running for the most self-absorbed person of the year.

Really good and interesting story! But I am confused by the logic Eri is using here. Why does she think Fuyuki will be closer to her if she is in a relationship, or that it will mean that she will never leave her? Normally it would be the other way around. You spend more time with your boyfriend and less with your friend. I do of course get that Eri is either in love with Fuyuki, or just unhealthy attached to her, but still.

I read the other stories of the same author, and she strikes me as a maverick. So I hope she will give us some surprises here. It would be really interesting if Fuyuki moved on, and probably healthier.

I thought it was super strange how the birthday of Yuzu was based around the schedule of Mei, and even then, she did not even get a full day or any sort of affection or romance. The gift was also kind of meh. My girlfriend would have broken up with me if I had put inn as little effort at Mei did.

I like the story, but their relationship is being carried by Yuzu and Mei need to put more effort into the relationship.

Honestly, this is not very complicated. They should not be a couple.

Risa and her actions, despite her being open about it, would be by most people seen in a negative light. Decent people care about the feelings of other people, especially those who care about you. Sure, her actions would be seen as acceptable by this extremely small minority group, but that’s not the norm in society and it never will be.

What little we learn about Risa I would say that she should probably reflect on why she acts as she does, maybe with a psychologist.

The people arguing that Yuka is fine with this relationship must be reading a different story. It is made very clear that she is stuck by her feelings, and this is causing her pain.

Pretty disappointing how Yuni was not confronted or made to feel the consequences of her actions. But with this author I am not surprised. She loves the cheater. I hope Nanase moves on and stop wasting her time with the delusional trash that is Yuni.

I read the light novels. Well, the ones that are translated in any case. I kind of think that the characters are super shallow, and this is mostly a smut story.

I also think that Aya have this rapey vibe from start to finish. I mean she keeps coming up with these new sexual things, public sex, tying Marika up, making a sex-tape, and every time Marika protests and express her displeasure. But then it always goes in the direction that she secretly wants these things. But in a normal relationship I would call that coercion and gaslighting. At one point she even says that she does not want to make a sex-tape, but adds if it is for you (Aya), I suppose it is okay. That should be the clue for most people to stop. I suppose to the story is fine for the smut, but the love between these girls have some very unhealthy elements.

That is a shame. I wanted Natori to end up with Diana. But chapter 9 makes it clear that Natori and Lapis is the end game, and that Natori likes Lapis.

So, what is going on with this manga? I can only find 5 chapters translated. But 8 chapters have been published. Why is there so many months between each chapter? And based on the 5 chapters I have read I have no idea what the story is about or what the end game is.

Yup. Even if shit is falling apart right in front of her, even if it will ultimately fix nothing at all and they're still going to split apart, she could at least fucking TRY. Instead, she plays defense again and that what makes me so fucking frustrated at her.

Sure I hope the next chapter is her telling Fuuko and Yuni how fucked they are. If she has any self-respect she will just say you should have talked to me. Yuni deserves nothing more. She should not try or spend effort on a mentally ill person.

But as I understand it netorare mangas often have a scene where the person who is being cheated on just sits there shocked and watches as another person fucks their girlfriend. So, times will tell if this will be a normal story or a fetish story.

I understand that yuni is a piece of shit and everything she spits are nothing but excuses but she's been really transparent on what she wanted from their relationship from the very beginning.

This is not true Yuni has not once said these things to Nanase. Communication is important. Writing stuff on twitter does not count. Furthermore, Nanase asked several times, giving Yuni the opportunity to express herself.

Theatricalities of this chapter aside... the thing Yuni said at the end at least has a point.

Even if Nanase ended up lying about it, saying her GF was the most important thing to her would've felt reassuring to Yuni to some degree, but she didn't.

Are you serious? She just discovered that her girlfriend is cheating, and she is still cheating right in front of her and you expect her to reassure Yuni? That ship has sailed long ago.

I've thought about it for a bit, but I actually appreciate Fuuko for the last couple of chapters. She's kind of being an asshole about the whole thing to Nanase, but at the same time she's exposing just how cowardly Yuni really is for still blaming Nanase for her own cheating. At the end of the day, Yuni is actually the one I dislike the most.

I mean Yuni is actually the worst. She must really hate Nanase.

I did not expect that at all. That was just weird. Why is Nanase just sitting there!? She needs to kick some ass and leave

It is so interesting to see all of the different perspectives.

I think that for me Yuni is the most interesting character. That lady is not well. She clearly has needs that goes far beyond normal attention, and I don’t think those needs would ever be filled in a normal relationship. She need to see a psychologist to address her issues, she is constantly one step away from the edge. So, I think her issues ultimately have nothing to do with Nanase and their relationship.

Furthermore, Yuni is the one who brought Fuuko to the meeting with Nanase, she invited her, at some level I think she wanted to be caught, and she wanted to hurt Nanase. Fuuko being the cartoon villain she is, obliged, with a massive smirk on her lips. I think Fuuko gets off on the pain she is causing, Actually, I have no doubt about it, she enjoys harming Nanase.

Honestly, I enjoyed reading the discussion here about the series more than the series itself. But so interesting that there are so many points of views on the different characters and who the author liked and disliked. I think the author did not care for Sumin & Sunji, they did not even get a proper happy ending!

I think the Sumin & Sunji part of the story was very underdeveloped, and that was a shame as that was the story I started with and wanted to learn more about. If I had known that their story would end so unsatisfactory I would not have started this journey.
