Kind of a heavy one all of a sudden and I've never really participated here sorry, but I just needed to dump this somewhere.
I'm about to come out to my family about my agnosticism and homosexuality. I'm from a Muslim country and my parents are literal religious teachers, am also dependent on them. There's no going back now.

Thanks for introduction and fair enough. I've been trying hard to not get into debates with people around the internet in general, I've doing a good job at keeping my ahead above water and not responding to people being rude most of the time. It's hard to know what to do in cases like the one I mention, where you're frustrated and very passionate about a genre, maybe I should go do some yoga haha.

Strangely enough, I only remember sighing because sometimes, there are some really worthless debates.

Same rules apply. Don't like the debates? Stay out of them. It's not that difficult to not open a thread.

Utoptia was sick of all of the annoying petty debate's of people arguing over something as stupid as weather a character is a slut or not. And the petty debate was in the thread of a manga that he like's. I'd be pretty pissed to if a bunch of people started to bitch, whine & argue over something so insignificant.
