Hehehe, I relate to this so hard. I can't help it. I even do it with adaptations I enjoy.

Out of curiosity, how many more chapters are left in this series, and is it still ongoing?

I don't know the number of chapters specifically, but Volume 13 is the final volume and we just finished volume 9.

Honestly, chapter 24 felt like it could have been a fine end for the series, so I'm happy that we got to have a few more past it.

Matsuri's hair is really pretty in this chapter.

I think I've said this before, but I'd just like to say it again.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone that's been working on this. Himawari-san has been a manga I've loved for so long and getting to see new chapters so frequently has truly been a highlight of my days in these rough times.

When was sensei introduced? I don't remember her like at all

She is Aizawa's first (or at least the oldest we are presented) god artist she fell in love with, back in her days. I don't remember in which exact chapter, but we're shown how sad she was when Camuno-san disappeared from social media without a trace.

She also seriously tried to discourage Misumi from pursuing a career as a mangaka because of her own issues.

To be fair, it was out of genuine concern and she pretty much stopped immediately after seeing Misumi's resolve.
