All of these IMO are examples of blind following of modern fashion trends guided by big fashion brands to "decutify" and/or "masculinise" women's clothing. It is quite obvious if you follow Vogue fashion runways in the last, say, 5-10 years. The opposite is obviously happening with male clothing. But I digress. People are suspecting Aizawa got murdered, but I thought a panel implied she fell down some stairs, making it an accident. hmmmm

The panel with her fellow idol tripping and almost falling the stairs only for Aizawa to catch her was meant to show she was a nice person and the supportive sub-leader. Right after that scene, MCs narration says "...backing others up with an angelic smile", so we can't read much into it

Also I just hope our murder theories are all wrong and Aizawa just tragically died of some illness or something the whole de:lphinus team + her family hid from the media (making her death seem sudden to outsiders)

The forehead shadow, which could mean many things, including disgust, fear, deviousness, and more. It's interesting how it's slanted, though. You can see it also on the wall behind her, which could mean it's only from a banner casting an actual shadow. This creates a situation where it could very well end up being foreshadowing, or a total red herring meant to troll readers.

It was a televised interview. The lack of open emotion may be a result of already having grieved, preferring to grieve in private, or needing to present as resolute mask for business reasons. Just at a basic level, an interview where you're balling your eyes out is, probably, not going to be a good interview and a tier streaked face is both correctable with makeup and very counter to the image most idol groups try to project.

I'm pretty sure this is tagged as comedy and hope it stays goofy as it is.

So is 'Liar Satsuki Can See Death' so... I guess we can say the tags here are not 100% accurate (at least not for all chapters of a series).

This page already has me on the verge of tears. It's only the second chapter, you can't be pulling my heartstrings like this.

This was too precious but also hurtful af. She was so happy to see someone appreciating her work even after she passed, and on top of that it is a classmate*.

(*If part of her lingering regret is not living a normal school life, which made her haunt the classroom, seeing a classmate who wasn't vocal about being her fan listen to her music — solo, no less — might be heartwarming for her because it's like forming a bond she never got to form with her peers)

Idk why but I get the feeling that someone murdered her. Something about that girl talking on the tv at the beginning of the second chapter just made me think “this bitch killed her”. Maybe she got jealous of our ghost girl’s popularity/talent and wanted her out of the group…permanently? Maybe the other idol girls were in on it?

I got a similar vibe.

Also this story lowkey makes me think that the VicePrez is as dangerous if not more dangerous than the President himself because she actually seems to like seeing the deaths, is mesmerised by Kai’s power, and probably would coerce him to keep doing it because “you have to save others like you saved me” (boosting his sense of righteousness, or just creating a fake one tbh).

P.S: I really hope their relationship is not a romantic one, that’s a tiring trope. (“Does it because is in love”) The two of them being childhood friends and each fucked up in their own way with the same twisted sense of justice is way better than “Kai has the same power than Satsuki and could be using it for the good if he wasn’t in love”. Hate this idea, ngl.

We learned with Walk to Death that this author is really sadistic, I have the feel that he is building up President/VP's confidence and cockyness just so he can destroy it completly at some point with a really heavy turn of events

Also to see both of them see how wrong their so-called ideals and feel this immense guilt would be a satisfying end for their arc. Although with VP being borderline a psycho probably means the only way to stop her would be death. Prez doesn’t deserve redemption, but death? Maybe not. Going absolutely crazy and breaking down completely? Yes.

(I don’t mean it in a “this would satisfy me” way, just that it would be an interesting way to see someone who used such power for evil: ending up alone, filled with guilt, and every time his power somehow manifests itself, he gets more and more unhinged, not to the cost of others’ safety tho. Maybe mental hospital? Too cliche? Idk)

Mitsuki is not responsible for Aya having a crush on her. The potential embarrassment of flirting with someone not of a gender you like, because their gender expression was your type, is not an embarrassment worth someone else bending over backwards for you. The situation may be a teen drama tragedy for Aya, especially as it seems to be her first love, but at this platonic point in the relationship it's tragic in the funny-in-retrospect way like misplacing your lunch -- not tragic like someone stealing from her. The conflict is much more interesting when we can see both sides of it, without getting weirdly entitled about someone owing someone else.
