They mention Seo extorting others into bullying, along with a few more explicit descriptions like "playing darts" by throwing pens at a girl's head. Might be relevant later.

Seo might be the "villain" for this next arc. Apparently StuCo arc will stop for a bit after Michi(?)'s death, so I wonder if the antagonist will shift. Seo might be a good option. Out of everyone who was saved by Satsuki, she seems to be the truly explicitly rotten one (if the suggestion box messages are true).

I've said it before, but it's all hinting at Komachi playing a bigger role in the story (true antagonist maybe), but for now she'll probably stay in the background (or just barely show her true colors), even if the Vol.5 cover confirms homegirl is dangerous.

Geez, the Vol 5 extras sure make Komachi look sketchy. It's good to see her original facade slowly disappear but this is quite a difference, to the point that this looks like spoilers for just how far Komachi could go. Well it's already well-established that she's wired without concern for life, and Ryouko-sensei has proven she can make that complex and compelling. The question now isn't if Komachi is dangerous but what kind of dangerous Komachi is.

The way Komachi was drawn on the Vol. 5 cover made me think it was the VP (the eyes specially). Had to do a double-check to notice the hair accessory.

(Maybe her rather uncharacteristic expression on the cover is foreshadowing to her being the true villain. Maybe I am reading too much into it.)

Every new chapter posted makes me scared that I'll see a "The End" on the last page.

I think Kaori is trying to make her sister and Shizuku to rely on each other after Kaori passes away. Idk I also feel like kaori wants her sister to take her place next to Shizuku? I mean like a possible romance between them... idk I think I'm thinking too much about a possible relationship between Shiori and Shizuku in the future when Kaori is gone... idk don't mind me. I don't dislike that idea but I prefer kaori to live longer

I personally would like it best if Kaori was trying to make Shizuku a surrogate sister for Shiori. Shizuku would always have a way to be connected to Kaori, and Shiori would have someone her big sister loved and trusted enough by her side to offer support during that terrible time (+ Shizuku's family, which Kaori for sure knows are the best).

For now the closest there is to a band/artists list is this playlist one of the Discord members created. They update it weekly, adding songs by the mentioned artists and, if it's the case, the album.
I understand not everyone is willing to check a playlist (even tho it slaps), so I'll update you soon.

What the hell? Why are people mad at "Jerkface?" So far he's only been helping them become actual friends. Even when he was introduced, he didn't even imply he would try to take Aya for himself after learning about her and Mitsuki. In fact, he's one of the few guys I like in a yuri setting. Am I missing something?

People are trying to make him a problematic presence because of an interpretation out of nowhere from Chapter 15 saying that he was sexualising a f/f relationship and acting predator-like. However, as the title of the chapter says (thank you, @Kirin for adding them), Ch.15 with his POV is about him thinking how cool Mitsuki actually is. A totally innocent thing. People pulled out the “oh no the male gaze and straight males seeing lesbian relationships under that lens” out of nowhere.

Here is a REAL summary of the Jerkface dude, (by someone who engages in this forum to talk about the plot and deadass created a discord to discuss the series and follow updates + make memes, so you know i’ve been rereading it daily)

He is helping them, and he knows it. He probably is not that aware that this is a romantic situation (so far we haven’t seen Mitsuki disclose that she knows Aya has a crush on this male persona).
His introduction was shitty (“oh a guy who thinks he can make people do stuff for him because his pretty and his target is girls because hetero”). But he is actually quite a savvy character:

A) Noticed Aya was hanging out with >Mitsuki< (not a dude) right away,
B) appreciated Mitsuki’s style so asked her why she’s so different at school (look-wise, since he doesn’t know her. why do you wear glasses at school?), had no idea what the situation was so he assumed Aya and Mitsuki were friends hanging out at the store and one of them is super stylish, he didn’t know there was a crush/Onii-san situation so he wanted to HANG OUT with the cool-looking classmate — y’know, NORMAL THINGS people do, specially when they are students, asking if they can join the FRIEND CIRCLE
C) Disagreed with Mitsuki’s close-minded POV pulled straight out of a teen drama (“popular kids and quiet ones don’t mix up”) right away

I thought the exact same with this part. as Mitsuki clearly doesn't like people and seems to try and be by herself and not noticed why are they now making her a sporty type person as well. Her persona is just all over the place. Not that I'm complaining as it just makes her hotter but it wasn't needed and kinda out of left field.

Idk i dont get this take, people arent just story tropes, theres plenty of people out there that are not very social but still sporty lol.

I wasn't really saying this because of story tropes, but because of my experience in school. From my own classmates, the more reserved ones, almost always didn't participate much in sports. And for Mitsuki in particular it seems a bit weird to me, since—as far as we know at least—she seems more interested in music, so I can't really imagine her to have been involved with sports outside of school either. Besides, the manga itself has no problem relying tropes and personality "types", so even from that perspective, I find the sporty thing to be a bit of a weird choice on the author's part.

Chapter 23 spoilers

I think sooner or later a dithering Mitsuki is going to to get confronted by pissed off Aya wanting to settle things one way or the other.

I am counting on this to progress the plot

This chapter just makes me think that Aya IS attracted to Mitsuki and she knows it, she is just too hurt about being lied to.

I think this new girl is a hunter trainee but her heart isn’t really in it (damn, she said it herself that no one has been kind to her so far). My prediction is that she won’t be danger for Emielle per se, but by associating with the hunter girl (you know she will), experienced hunters will approach her and find her suspicious. That’s where the danger comes.

I wish she would not be actually dead and is just in a coma :(

Homegirl is a poltergeist, no ghost Michi met so far was like this. Safe to say the circumstances around her death are probably unusual, so the author might as well pull a reincarnation where she remembers everything so they can be together in the end.

There's actually a chapter about him in the twitter version, but the serialized version skipped it. Michi walks in on him (seemingly) talking to Aizawa and tries warning him not to talk to ghosts, but it turns out he's just practicing lines for a play. Michi then panics her way out of admitting she sees ghosts in front of Aizawa and he thinks she's a crazy person talking to herself.

Since everything else got adapted in order—though significantly expanded on—I wouldn't be surprised if it was cut. Either because it makes Michi's secret a little too obvious for Aizawa or just to keep guys out of focus in a yuri manga. But I'm assuming the gag of him getting creeped out by Michi will stick around.

Speaking of the twitter version, there's just 1 chapter left to adapt. After that it's a mystery where this goes. Not like there haven't been surprises already; the twitter version of chapter 3 was just 7 pages and didn't have the little girl ghost at the beginning or anything about Aizawa moving objects. We did get to see a glimpse of Kasumi's senpai though.

low-key would love it if it was a running gag.
tho I think that maybe this twitter chapter CAN be adapted, as a build up to Michi revealing she can see Aizawa. The scenario being that she starts suspecting because Michi keeps slipping, and this is one of the slip ups. Up to a point where Aizawa-san has so many clues that she starts trying to basically force Michi to react to something she does to confirm it.

At first I thought she'd be a love rival (for the ghost), but so far I think she'll be a big ally, even if she never finds out MC can see ghosts.

I am thinking about Julie and the Phantoms here (the OG brazilian series), so pardon me. The quiet and socially awkward protagonist who could see musician ghosts had a friend (only one) and she was the best buddy and eventually did learn about the ghosts, and they showed themselves to her. Pretty early in the series actually; if I'm not mistaken the same thing happened in the Netflix adaptation

Murder mystery in the classroom seems unlikely tho, since as stated in Chapter 1, she barely went there, and people in the class didn't really know her. Also, we get this new information that they are 1st years, so Honami got in high school and died shortly after, meaning her classmates >really< didn't get to know her.

If there is any murder mystery, it is for sure related to her idol work (De:Lphinus).

I low-key suspect the story might go for a route saying Aizawa-san wanted to quit being an idol but they (whoever they are) didn't let her. She wanted to go to school normally, and that's why she's in the classroom. Lingering regret being not living the high school life or something.
(She could have also seen some shady thing in the idol business and someone wanted to shut her up, but the reason she is in the classroom — in their uniform — is probably because some part of her wanted to take it easy for a bit and get to go to school, otherwise she'd be haunting a recording booth or something)
