Did I miss something? I didn't see anything that would suggest this?

Pure speculation.

She's obviously a trauma for Asako, so I guess it'll be addressed at some point.

From how the story has moved until now, I don't think there will be any heavy drama.

In 11 chapters, each time there was a hint of drama, it was resolved in at most a chapter and it turned out to be no real drama.

So, if there's any actual romance between Asako and Miyako, it'll probably be a slow-burn, with a lot of slices of life in between.

Next, comes Asako's ex?

*Rolls eyes*

My final take on this is that, as it is, they would make great friends and there's absolutely no need to make it a romance at all costs.

Mitsuki has no friends at all, Aya has no friends who share her taste in music, so, once the misunderstanding gets resolved, I can envision them become BFFs, not a couple. But it's not impossible they become a couple, since the mangaka is a yuri author. So there's that.

Some manga here were more explicitly romantic, but they only deserved the Subtext tag.

And we're on Dynasty, so people would ship appliances and make them fuck if it was suggested they are female, so whatever.

I mean assuming they're both straight instead of considering the possibility they aren't is, putting them in little boxes lol.

Hello? I said "in real life". In real life, lots of people are heterosexual you know. Not especially attracted to the same sex, but rather by the opposite sex. They are more numerous than you think.

For these characters, I don't assume anything, since the story isn't over. I just mentioned that there's no indication that any of them is/was into girls.

Even the reverse for Aya: she's into guys until she magically gets into girls because plot.

You know, in the real world, once she finds out it's a female classmate, Aya would eventually just befriend her and drop the idea of a romantic encounter right?

There's no indication that either Aya or Mitsuki are romantically intereted in women. They just seem to have similar taste in music.

But it's a manga, so, sure, anyone can suddenly have an epiphany and be "if it's you, it's OK".

What age are they? They are 2nd grade of either junior or senior high, so 13 or 16? If 13, could be the reason why the male voice isn't yet a concern. If 16, then ignoring the voice could hint that Aya might well be into girls, even if unconscious or in denial. The reason Mitsuki keeps on acting instead of clearing the misunderstanding, kinda also hints that she might be into girls herself.

They are not that young. Mitsuki has a part time job, which means she's over 15, as per Japanese law.

Ie, they're highschoolers.

WHERE CAN I LOOK AT THE RAWS?!

This manga is published on コミック百合姫. You can find scans of the complete magazine in anime torrenting sites. I use nyaa.si but I am sure it is available else where as well.

What words do you search with to find it there? I tried but it did not appear.
Desperate to read more of this

They literally gave you the words to copy paste. It means "Comics Yuri Hime" in Japanese.

nyaa.si supports Japanese characters.

Now that everyone is dead, how will the author last for 34 chapters?

Of course Fuuko gives Yuni exactly what she wants, she is a creepy stalker who did her homework.

I think Fuuko has her own story we didn't get to know yet. It's a bit quick to frame her only as a creepy stalker. Japanese authors rarely make one-dimensional villains.

Anyway, all 3 girls are guilty of something at this point.

But at the same time, you can't expect them to act like sensible adults.

Anyway, I'm a sucker for train wrecks, so I'll wait for the next chapters with bated breath.

Nanase is a terrible girlfriend and Yuni is a horny teenager. They've been together for 6 months and obviously, Nanase has been getting worse over time, more interested in Volley than in her relationship.

In the end, Yuni spends her time making excuses about what she's doing with Fuuko. Not to mean that she doesn't love Nanase, but she's falling out of love with Nanase fast.

Not to mean she's falling for Fuuko, but Fuuko is giving Yuni what she wants: attention, appreciation and love.

In all logic, Yuni should dump Nanase. But I guess it would be too simple.

Yeah, I'm not too sure about that. Street art is a form of freedom for art. The city, or even the world is your canvas.

Here, she seems free spirited, but she's still a teacher and just goads the MC into doing boring stuff (draw on canvas, draw the human body).

So, while the fact that she's naked is supposed to show that she's wild, in the end, it's still all about getting in line and do what society expects of you.

Wait so kenji and tamaki were friends? According to the last page. I can't read Japanese but I can read Chinese characters and the arrow between them states friends. Can someone who can read Japanese confirm what was written below the cycle?

The last page is a memo for a story idea about a love triangle between friends.

It's not about this particular story, but about a vague idea of story the author had, but they went for something else in the end, with about the same character designs.

Yuni is a "high maintenance" girlfriend, who needs attention and love. When Fuuko comes up with just what she wants to hear, she wavers, because she's lonely and doesn't feel loved.

Nanase is the one who confessed, but then she lacks commitment to the relationship. She's much more invested in her club and in Volley than in her relationship with Yuni.

They don't have the same expectations in their relationship, which leads to frustration.

Then comes Fuuko. I'm not sure what she wants. It's like she's in "love" with Yuni because she's taken. It gives her power. Power that she probably lacked with her previous love (she said she never had the courage to confess) and she's much more possessive than Nanase.

If Fuuko continues to be this aggressive and Yuni doesn't put a stop, then Nanase will eventually have doubts and it will fester to high heavens. And then, Nanase has admirers in her club, so I wouldn't get past the author to add a 4th wheel that will muddy the waters.

Well, there you have it.

You now know why the previous scanlators dropped it like a hot turd and no one picked up this trash in 10 years.

Because if it's yen press then the scanlation is probably better and if it's 7seas they likely yeeted entire paragraphs because "localization".

And the thing is, if the scanlator stops because of licensing, you'll not see the rest of the story until years later because they take months to release each volume.

And people not having the means to import manga from the U.S. or to buy them are screwed.

Also, 7seas buys tons of yuri/lgbt licenses so a lot of series stay in limbo until they deign releasing something.

The thing is obviously that the guy was in a super hurry to catch a bus, so he grabbed the umbrella he thought was Itsuki's. A bit thoughtless, but he probably didn't think the rain would keep on pouring for a week.

The only thing is he could have mentioned it to her. And then, maybe she would have realized he had taken the wrong one.

But then, there wouldn't be a story.

I think that when the guy left, he took glasses girl umbrella, thinking it was itsuki's : it's the only one in the stand with a white handle, as we can see.

Itsuki comes later with her umbrella and on the second day glasses girl retrieves it, thinking it's hers that came back.

So, all along, it was Itsuki's umbrella. Except at the end, when glasses girl's umbrella comes back.

Besides, Saori showed up and tried to ask Shizuku the reason, Shizuku didn't want to tell her. After they had a fight, Saori talked about her feelings to her, but Shizuku thought Saori just want her to replace Iori.

So why Shizuku kissed her? Is it because she accepts to be a "substitute" ? Or she just want to mess up Saori's feelings ? For now, I am not even sure if Shizuku fell in love with Saori or not. It was uncharacteristic of Shizuku to do these things.

Shizuku never loved the "Ex-girlfriend". She went along that woman's wants in order to forget about Minami (which she thought had abandoned her at the time, after leaving the institution), but it was a toxic relationship with no love. Shizuku has abandonment issues, it's clear from the beginning.

Shizuku thinks she doesn't deserve to be loved, because of her past (something like, her mother killed her father and made her bury him, before committing suicide?).

So, in my opinion, the kiss is both a clumsy attempt to convey her feelings to Saori (that she actually started to make her forget her feelings for Minami), but also to chase her away, because she thinks "someone like her" can only bring misfortune to Saori.

Shizuku is someone messed up and fragile at the same time, so she puts up a tough front as a survival mechanism. She's got a hard shell, but she's soft inside and craves for love and understanding.
