Little observation: maybe the reason Meguru got jealous/concerned and added this new item to the contract is because her real sister moved overseas because she got married.

Don’t really think it’s because she (admittedly) sees MC a someone she wants to date. For now she’ll tell herself this pretty older lady she knows probably has a crush on her is just a stand-in for her sister.

Not really her fault, the ones to blame are the parents actually. But yeah, since her sister decided to tell her parents she is not going to follow the career they want her to and inherit the prep school chain, the responsibility is put on the second daughter.

Parents shouldn’t force their children to work in what THEY want them to, so her sister is as much of a victim as MC.

It's obviously neither of their faults, just the mother's, but it seems none of them are great about standing up to her.

Why settle for nine? Why not the entire school? Each gf representing a faction and in the end all their friends, from different groups, will fawn over Kanon too.

At this point I question why Hiyama’s bully friends even bother Kimura?, they should know Hiyama likes her, even if they don’t fully grasp that Hiyama always steps in and smacks down their bullying of her. I get they are meant to be the existing conflict that comes to make Hiyama more likable in her own “bullying” but I find it funny that they seem to never learn lol.

They probably don't think homosexuals are real see Hiyama's lowkey obnoxious behavior and possessiveness as her claiming Kimura as her gofer (kinda, ever if they've never seen such gofer-like interaction). Kimura is always uncomfortable with her displays of affection, so to an outsider she could be causing it on purpose to make fun of the shy girl and not really mean it.
