I hope the author has a very well thought reason for Kaede to reject both Aoi and Koyuki and fall for Nanami (if she does), for a manga so well written the reason can't be just "she is different". I'm guessing the next arc we go in after the wedding will be on why Kaede acts the way she does towards relationships, very excited for it \o/

We just haven’t seen as much “aromantic but sexual” as we have “romantic but asexual.”

It would be nice to go this way tbh, but I think it will end up not being aro after all; if this follows the cliche then the sudden rival will make her realize it's love. but if it does go aromantic I just think it's weird there was no other mension of sensei being aro before (that I remember of at least, correct me if wrong)

Yuri couple actually communicates properly instead of keeping secrets and hindering their own relationship on purpose for the first time ever in a manga!

"I just don't UNDERSTAND what LOVE is" is such a boring cliche in yuri. It's just a way to pad out the will-they-won't-they while still letting the primary couple do couple things together. I guess they got over it pretty quickly here, but it always makes me groan when it rears its ugly head.

yeah i'm tired of these too, and I don't think they got over it, this will probably come back in a second climax where sensei figures herself out

Unrelated but I wanna say damn, the fan thing came out of nowhere and ended out of nowhere too, they just brushed over such a heavy topic and didn't really do anything with how sensei felt about it. A tip for the readers, the time when someone is about to have a panic attack is >not< the best time to confess ;)

I remember the only other biography manga of a lesbian couple I read ended because their relationship ended, so I'm reeeeally really happy that this one ended by the author's choice, and they get to keep being together irl >w< this was a very sweet read that made me smile with every page, good for them, good for them

god I love Sumiko's art so much. I don't think she is coming back for this series tho, she's focused on "The Guy She Was Interested in Wasn't a Guy At All", but it doesn't hurt to have some hope ;w;

So, I've read it and want to talk about it here :p (spoilers ahead) the storyline in itself I thought was fine, the rush in the last chapters wasn't really a problem BUT, I do think they overused the emotional and dramatic moments. And like, that entire ending arc of them just changing limbs around like it's legos... that really threw me off, the series could've ended on chapter 29 with mistress getting her mother's limbs, waking up to Kaede next to her and things sorting themselves out in a more relaxed pace, that probably would've been more impactiful than dragging it out like they did but well, that's just what I think of it, very enjoyable series otherwise. I recommend it but do be aware that it's about some sensitive topics.
