As abrupt as the ending was, the last couple of pages made it pretty clear that she doesn't just see Chiho the same way as any other friend.

Sooooo subtext? That's just as bad :/ and I don't doubt the kendo girl has strong feelings for chiho, that was pretty clear from the start. But the author had her, instead of being confident and telling her outright that she was in love with her, had her instead just saying something spurgy. "I thought of you as my best friend" and than from their nothing developed! From chapter 7 and than everything is fine and no one gets the main girl by the end. It was just a friendship ending with strong feelings from one friend and the crazy psycho bitch president deciding that vice president is the best she's gonna get. One girl got the a girl. It was a crap ending. It's a free story so I'm not gonna complain that its rushed and not full of detail and perfect, but it's a crap ending.

This seems like a good example of something that isn't yuri and more shoujo ai. The beginning of a relationship (freindship and other ;)) between girls through subtle flirting and strong admiration. Not complaing but I wish there was such a tag.

That developement was nice. Smooth. That wine part though, what a freak out! Looked like she had been poisoned
Also I think the blushing tag would be appropriate for chapter 3. A lot of blood flow this chapter ;)

This was a really nice one, very lovely. Those pages towards the end were very heartwarming in the sense that it was great she could get over gossip to fulfill a desire that in her heart was right. And that nuzzling oh page 21/22. Oh man. If I was a girl I'd have no qualms about squealing at how cute and lovely that was

The dynamic of the parents. Two girls discovering another side of themselves with each other. The lingering societal pressures. I'm kind of curious how they're going to get past that and get a happy ending.
