Hina is trying to get Tomoko to say whether she likes Yuri or her most, by paralleling herself with Asuka and Yuri with Rei. Tomoko says she likes Misato most, by which she consciously or unconsciously means (Katou) Asuka.

The kicker being that what (Katou) Asuka doesn't look at all pleased that Tomoko apparently said she liked someone called Misato more than her, not knowing that she "is" Misato.

It strikes me as odd because Mako doesn't look like that, but who cares.

Very interesting dynamics here, Mako always ready to greet the world and Yoshida unsure whether she does, with Yoshida touching and protecting Mako and Mako fronting and protecting Yoshida.

The only odd thing is that Mako looks like a character on Flip Flappers.
