went and read all of it on danbooru, very cute and unique style and engaging plot, but I'm a little bit bummed out by the lack of conclusiveness in the yuri development department. We got one confirmed lesbian, and one girl who hits her with the "just friends" line and possibly still likes someone else.

Was just about to write the same thing. The story itself is quite good, even the backstory of how the ruby is created is excellent, 10/10 easily, but the lack of yuri in the ending just kinda kills it for me. Couple with the fact that the mc comes across as really wimpy, except when they gave her actual sherlock powers, I really couldn't get behind her and the main girl

Other than that it's a solid good read

Not that I have anything against those tropes, its just overplayed at this point and this manga provides a nice refreshing breather.

Does anyone else think the anime's art style and entire mood are just a little off? It's definitely adorable and I'm going to continue to watch, but it doesn't have the same appeal that the manga has. (Not that it's less appealing. It's just different)

It's probably the overall tempo of the anime vs the manga. In the manga it seems like the speed of things are faster, the tsukkomis, deadpan jokes, and characters reactions to stuff comes across dynamic and high octane, but for some weird reason, the anime inverts this and opts to go for a more laidback tempo, which doesn't really fit imo.

Main couple is sweet as candy and all, but Imouto's adventures with the delinquent seems a lotta fun. Nice job on releasing both back to back.

We strongly advise people who don't enjoy this kind of manga to not read it at all. Honestly I was upset too while working on it but this is the kind of story this is. We won't drop the title unless we don't have time for it anymore so hopefully some readers will keep reading it

Thanks a whole bunch for working on this title stranger. I'm one of those who tried to warn others about the manga earlier, but don't think that I don't appreciate your work TL'ing this manga. I'm also a "fan" of the series (currently waiting for the 3rd tank) for reasons I can't really explain myself, other than liking the MC (this chapter shows why).

To newcomers, again I'd like to reiterate if you can't stomach heavy content like this, stay away for your own sanity. Even if you dropped it, try not to announce the fact because it'll only clutter the comment section with unneeded fluff.

When the het gets solidified in a single panel you know this author is trolling and baiting on the main couple.. Then when the editor says people are not reading because progress is fucking slow,

Edit: Okay got it. The girl who dies is the elder sister in this chapter. The end of volume 2 suggest that she might've been murdered by the "buyer" but as it ends immediately after that, I don't know if there's any actual way that the girls can do anything about it

Like I said it's fucked up. So people reading the comments who think they can't stomach things like this should save the headache and just not read. Seriously I'm warning you, save yourself (and the future of this comment section)

I've been following this series (I have the two volumes that has been released so far) and I don't know if Dynasty can pin comments or anything, but I just want to warn everybody that is wary going into this, this is not a feel good story.

So far at the end of vol 2, things haven't gotten better. In fact I would say it's gotten worse. Spoilers: Someone dies.

I personally will continue reading it because I like the MC as she's not your typical frail, helpless, useless main character that usually plagues these kind of stories, but so far it doesn't seem like she can do anything noteworthy in opposing the school herself, if she will at all. I'm indifferent either way as I'm already in it for the long haul. But I figured that other people should receive a fair chance to avoid this if they are of fragile constitution.

TLDR: This series is fucked up. Be warned.

Now all I need is for X to be revealed as a frustrated lesbian kaijin that wanted to destroy the world just because she can't find a date, and this would be the most amazing piece of toku media that I will ever consume

I'm always a proponent for yuri harems but I just can't with this one. Characters like Katra is the reason why I hate het harems in the first place. Everyone just throwing themselves at main character simply because they're a main character who's also "nice" to them on occasion..

And now she's sullying the one good character whose main character trait was how cool she was in keeping up with Kidaha's stupid antics.. This manga kinda ruined Earth Girls for me tbh..
