Also random note (ahem) - as a given name Safi ("pure") is masculine though hers might just be a contraction of one of the feminine forms (esp. if her full one is the rather longer Safiyyah which the Japanese might struggle with, idk). It's also used as a family name in the Levant and tribal name in Afghanistan but those are highly unlikely to be relevant as for whatever reason everyone in this series goes by their given names all the time.

^nah there's definitely something very strange going on between the wrist proper and the base of the thumb in particular. Just put your own hand in a similar angle and look at how they orient, and simple tactile examination of the skeletal structure will tell you the thumb essentially starts right from the wrist joint.

For modern weapons that were legitimately terrible upon introduction look no further than the justly notorious L85. Took the better part of a decade and Heckler & Koch assistance to fix, too...

I love this manga, but there's something I can't get out of my head.

Are the generals and their leader also humans? Because the common antinoids lack sentience and emotions, yet the generals are very much human-like. And I doubt they're evil by nature (look at Honey San, the other generals and even lame boss sometimes).

Well they keep calling themselves Antinoids and referring to themselves as something distinct from humans so. Suspiciously familiar-looking aliens/extradimensionals/whatever-other-nonhumans aren't exactly a new thing in the genre as far as I know, or "speculative fiction" in general (cough rubber foreheads cough).

I know it's a comedy, but I want to think they aren't evil and will have.a happy yuri life.

As Melt and Kyouka demonstrate the two are not particularly mutually exclusive :d

Funfact about reindeer antlers - not only do the females also grow a pretty respectable set (uniquely among deer) but unlike the males they keep theirs over the winter. This is apparently so they can displace the now sadly antler-less males from prime foraging spots which is helpful when they have a calf to feed.

The obvious implication seems to be she accosted Sempai shortly after witnessing her leave the gay bar (or whatever) and promptly used the opportunity to drag her into the hotel. Note that Sempai still appears to be wearing the same outfit as in the "busted!" flashback frame...
