I can't play games just to kill time either. I try to sometimes, and either I get into it so it's not just killing time anymore, or I just give up.

I end up killing time by trying to find a way to kill time. It's a vicious cycle.

Reading this and seeing you mention Love Live does make sense; I remember having tried that game, and I swear, I'm yet to rage at a game more. It's fun, sure, but I can get too.. competetive with those games.

Then again, you're talking to someone that mostly plays strategy games, so just like LL; full focus and preparation, or you're out raging. Just ask CCL. Save scamming helps, but only to some extend.

Imho, best way of wasting time is not having any; even if it's house chores, or extra work. Workaholism has never been this enjoyable.

Of course not. You can play a game to kill time when you feel like it. Just never been the type to play just for the sake of killing some time.

I'll take a fully fleshed out experience over the cut down version any time soon, portable or not.

I guess that gaming was never really a thing I did to kill time, but to actually play when I feel like it. To one each their own.

Most of PSP games were released on PS2 in less spartan manner. Just compare Vice City Stories on PS2 and PSP - the difference is.. notable, even with basic things such as frame rate.

I can make a case for fighting games, but that's all.

Gonna be that one gal to use a free out of jail card and say: yuri on a tablet.

Not too found of laptops for gaming tho.

Well, it's all about emulating games anyway, I remember trying to emulate PS2 titles way back with a dual core processor.

Well, looking at the statistics makes me feel like reading anything is retro these days. Heck, even normal newspapers are a dying breed.

First it was reading, then radio, television, now gaming.. as new generations grow sources of entertainment become better perceived over time. Sure, they don't die off, but their title for "lazy entertainment" gets lost after a while. Ways of using such things might change (netflix, e-books etc) but their core stays the same.

Well, it makes me remember most of Kafka's works. The atmosphere, early existencialism.. no wonder he's one of my favourite authors.

I guess, but at the end of the day all human beings are species that are forced into living with others, so acting with basic decency is something we are forced to strive for.

I mean, even if someone doesn't like people, if they want to get anything done with help to others, being nice helps. You don't have to like someone, but there's a code that everyone follows. Friendliness, while not mandatory, is something that really helps.

This is why concepts such as 100% human self depandancy are rubbish, doesn't matter how much we want it, we have to work in group.

Well, for Blackkitty's curiosity I did the test. A kamidere. Pretty far off from most of speculations. The reports of Galich having a good side to her.. seem to be pretty exaggerated.

My handwriting is godawful as well, was so bad that one of my exams told me that had to use magnifying glass to read the answers...

It's actually much better in cyrilics (for anyone not knowing, we in Poland use Latin alphabet).

I remember futile attempts of my many teachers to improve it.. failed miserably, and now that I dont go to school anymore it gets worse and worse.. only thing I like about it is my signature, and you'd be never able to know my name from reading it.. well, it looks fancy at the very least.

There's always BulgarianKitty.. or many other variations.. Still, if you're gonna use it, tell me or sth, I'd have no problem with getting a letter from our Bulgarian maid!
