The parallel between the end of this chapter and the end of chapter 14 is also quite interesting. The panels are almost the exact same, so I think that this time, Aya will understand that they are the same person.

Otherwise the redundancy is quite lazy...

Is she finally going to start connecting the dots? Can't wait.

There is just one dot to connect.

I don't know... I'd like them not to move forward too quicky. They are so cute being flustered like that, I could wait some more.

I would be quite disappointed if she end up being her new secretary, even if it's likely we are going that route. Noa being Amano's client, they already have a hierarchical relationship (even though it doesn't look like it most of time), so I would like to see them evolve outside of that bond, on an equal foot.

Well, I guess it will be wholesome anyway, so it doesn't matter that much.

Thank you for the translation!
Just in case, there are actually two additional volumes, and not just one. The complete series is 3 volumes in total.

Both the manga and the light novel seem to make solid sales. The novel is even available in audiobook, which isn't that common for light novel. So I don't think we need to worry about that. I'd be more worried about the mangaka wanting to work on something else after so many years.

For those who can understand japanese, I highly recommend the audiobook version as well. The main cast is fantastic (different from the anime but better imo). The voice actresses convey the feelings of the protagonists very well. Too bad all male characters are voiced by female as well ... It makes it a bit confusing at time.

This was so wholesome, I didn't know Himawari could do that kind of expression either :)

I would like to start reading the novels soon. Could somebody tell me where we are regarding the novels? The manga is currently adapting the second volume?

I would like to read them from the start, but I'm still curious to know where we are regarding the manga adaptation!

The manga is about to finish the first volume of the Light Novel (which covers the first three arcs of the Web Novel).

Thanks a lot! I wasn't aware they were two different version of the novel. I'll check that out.

I started to read the LN a month ago and just got into file 8 yesterday. Needless to say, I can't wait to see what is happening after this chapter, the cliffhanger is really dramatic! I agree with what people have been saying before, the LN is really worth it and even if the manga is a fantastic adaptation. I definitively don't regret reading the first two volumes, it has been a real treat so far.

About this chapter, the way Toriko is caring about Sorawo is quite disturbing as she is way too selfless. Since the beginning we could see that she is a very caring person, but it seems to come from profound insecurity and lack of self-love. That's why they both complement each other pretty well. Sorawo is slowly growing to be a more open and caring person thanks to Toriko while Toriko is slowly learning to detach her self-worth from her relationship with Satsuki thanks to Sorawo. Even if the event from the previous chapter almost got her back to square one…

And on another note, damn, Satsuki is hot…

I've been re-reading the last chapter while waiting for the next one, and how come nobody is commenting on the fact that Mikoto is a real horny teenager? This was the best moment of the chapter.

I do agree though that the conclusion to the "Nekozaki killed her father" mystery is rather disappointing. I liked that mystery part of the manga, it added a bit of spice compared to the usual romance, but in the end, it was just drama for the sake of drama. Well, overall the manga is still quite good. I hope we can see the couples evolve a bit more before it ends.

I really like to read comments about this manga. There is a lot of good insights, it's pretty interesting.

As far as it goes for me, the main point of the story isn't Yuri. Sure, the genre of the story is Yuri and it's an important part of the story. But for me, as it is in YagaKimi (since you are all making a comparison), the most important thing is that characters have to free themselves from other's expectations. It could be from relatives, society, co-workers, friends, parents or even themselves... The fact that in both YagaKimi and Crescent Moon, it is (partially) done thanks to their partner is kind of irrelevant. Sure if it wasn't Yuri, I wouldn't be reading those, but the main point in those stories is for characters to grow and embrace who they are.

This is why there is scene like the one with Sakagami. In those stories people change both themselves, how they see other people but also others as they evolve. I wouldn't be surprised if Hinako ends up having a positive influence on her coworkers. This is why we can relate to them so much and why it's so interesting. The fact that it's yuri is secondary I think (even though it's my primary reason for reading it :p).

Yuzu is way too selfish on this one. She came out of the closet and forced Mei to do so. This isn't something you do for someone. This is a personal choice and even though it went very well, she shouldn't have done that.

Plus, she is forcing this relationship. Mei chose another path, and Yuzu doesn't respect that. Love doesn't justify all means. Let's imagine Mei is coming back to Yuzu, I don't think she will be thrilled AT ALL that Yuzu say all of those things.

The fact that everyone is supportive is great but I really don't like how it happened. This is either poorly written or it will backfire at Yuzu (and even though Mei had been hard on her, she would deserve it this time).

Tsk... you can't change someone. Anyone who has been in a relationship knows that.

Yuu doesn't want Nanami to change. She just want her to change the way she see herself, which is imho different.

This chapter is a great one and a good progress into the story. Yuu acknowledges her feelings (for real), Nanami-sempai start suspecting Yuu's feelings (she start to kiss her just to stop Yuu from saying thing she doesn't want to hear), and at the end, Yuu wants to change the end of the play. I can't wait to see what her plan is! I suspect something like "the different faces you showed to everyone are all real. You are not one or the other but an addition of all these faces."
