Actually speaking of Cirno and Daiyousei, do they ever meet in canon in one of the side materials? The only time I remember them interacting is in Great Fairy Wars when they fight each other.

Technically, Norainhere, Daiyousei isn't actually a character. She has no official portrait or dialogue, or even a given name. Daiyousei literally just means "big fairy" because she's stronger than the other fairies you rip'n'tear through. Although in one or two of the official manga, she does show up with Cirno and other fairies, such as getting chased off by Reimu after playing hide and seek with the Light Fairies.

I wouldn't say that, while she wasn't originally a named character at all she still later got an official name and made appearances in several other official games/mangas. She still hasn't been given any dialog in them, but she's appeared enough, usually with Cirno too, to count.
