The recently chapters (5x-6x?) make Kita looks down on Bocchi a lot, why are we still have some fanarts of this couple?

Because none of those looks down meant something in long term. In the end of the day, Kita is still closer with Bocchi than with anyone else, and vice versa.
Plus, in the latest chapters has also been proven that Bocchi is as gay like Kita. That also hepls.
