I feel like Suletta would indeed make chocolates too, but she wouldn't be secretive about it. In fact, I could easily imagine Mio being like "Wait, she's making chocolate for me? Shit, I didn't think about that!" And then that motivates her to make chocolate too but she's embarrassed about it.
