Technically a crack ship (unless you count the Valentine's Day "Harem" ending as canon), But I still unironically ship these two.
It helps there's a few really good pieces of fan fiction for them.

It alienates the normal male fans too tbh. At least, those who do not consider japanese power fantasy trash (which LOVES the "everyone loves self-insert-kun" trope) to be the peak of fiction.
