Regarding Nozomi's accent - it was a decision to go with a strong English one to reflect her Kansai-ben, which in this doujinshi (and in most of canon) is quite heavy.

That was quick, and with Grinp requesting us to remove our scans, in the nick of time.

A tag over at Pixiv is the "百合夫婦" (Yuri spouses), so even if the rings aren't in the shot - they are still to be considered 'married' (in whatever regard that is possible.)
