I was looking for a certain cute and fluffy yuri couple where the shorter is somewhat sickly and has hay fever. One of the chapters (IIRC the first) used to be tagged puking because the girl was sick and threw up.

Technically ガールズラブ Girls Love is a subset of 百合 Yuri, specifically girls love is "clean" (SFW) yuri; that is, yuri involving only romantic relationships, without explicitly sexual content (basically it’s the female equivalent for 少年愛 Shounen Ai). Whereas yuri is the superset of everything lesbian in general. I don't know of any term that acts as the gay equivalent of Yuri (i.e. everything gay in general) or as the lesbian equivalent of やおい Yaoi (i.e. lesbian porn)*.
In other words, the technical definitions of the words are not exactly the same as their tag use in Dynasty. Which is OK, I'm not complaining or anything.

And 少女愛 Shoujo Ai is a different beast entirely.

* I'm leaving the difference between Yaoi and Bara for another day.
