why do all chapters have "NSFW" tag?

The series itself is tagged NSFW, if you re-read the first few chapters you can definitely see why. It basically evolved into this cutesy manga with the occasional erotic hand-holding.

Maybe I was the last person ever to notice but the art always looked so familiar to me but I didn't quite catch it. Just found out that the person who does the art for this series also wrote Shitsurakuen...
