Did Mitsuki grow like six inches in height all of a sudden?

Does she always grow taller when she changes into work clothes? I hadn't noticed before...

I think Mitsuki's has been consistently shown as slightly taller.

Also posture can play a part, just look at the Character bio for Mitsuki.
At school, in trying to not stand out she kinda scrunches herself up, head down, bent knees, slightly stooped back... It may be possible to loose a couple of inches when compared to confident at work posture, standing upright, head up. Not perhaps as much as shown but that can be allowed for as 'artistic licence'.

Mitsuki has been shown to be a bit taller than Aya. And now that you point out that Mitsuki DOES tend to bend over a little/not appear as confident in school compared to her work self! I like this idea a lot

So far, from what I’ve seen, this is the first time Mitsuki shown with 1/3rd of her eyes colored in lime green as she may possibly be having crush feelings on Aya?! Bc Aya is shown with full colored lime green eyes in chapters 2 (falling for Mitsuki) & 5 (giving phone number on her hand). It seems like Mitsuki likes to be remembered by Aya ;)

We've actually seen Mitsuki with green-colored eyes in chapter 6. I think it could just indicate happiness/excitement and not necessarily love, but yeah, she definitely liked to be remembered

Ooo! Thanks for catching that! I definitely sense happiness/excitement from Mitsuki! Which is definitely better than saying crush feelings bc we have yet to see Mitsuki admit that to herself.

But re-reading the recent chapter (ch. 9) again, on page 4, Aya has a bit of lime green after Mitsuki says, “you tend to forget you know… what was all the rage for a bit.”

Also, on that at the top, was the record store open and Mitsuki flipped it to close when Aya walked in? Or was it just closed in general and Aya still decided to walk in?

Waiting for this manga is hard, but it makes life worth living.

I look forward to this manga series every week and once I finish reading it. Life does feel like it’s worth living,,, and amongst other things haha

I just realized while we have been trying to learn Gyaru’s name. Mitsuki (alt girl) has been knowing her name this whole time bc they are in the same class and sit next to each other.

The way that her friends probably call her “Aya-chan” while Mitsuki calls her “Aya-san” over the phone call. I wonder if Mitsuki will now tell Aya her first name or just her last name. Aya has to save her crush’s contact name as something, right?!

My questions/theories: Is Mitsuki a gender neutral name in Japan? Or will Aya ask Mitsuki in school if she has a brother/cousin bc they have the same last name? Or will Mitsuki lie flat out on her first/last name at the record store? Idkkk, it could go in a while different direction as well. But honestly, this series gets me through the week. Seeing Yori insecurities and jealousy come out finally to Kino was SO NICE to see! I'm so glad they communicated to each other and that Kino reassured Yori! I love them so much xx

Also, Yori seems to want something to happen since Kino is in her house ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

You know, this surprised me more than I thought and I really enjoyed it!

It's honestly refreshing to see an adult give honest advice to their kids (or just kids in general). I hope more stories take after or think about this bc it can push the story and also puts parents in a good light!

Also, TongTong's mom making the initiative to start the mother-in-laws chat hehehe

At this point, I hope one of Yorumo’s works gets serialized bc they are so good at drawing (love the facial expressions in every story) and storytelling
